Please complete the following form with as many details as possible. This information will be used to create our website listing, brochures and social media promotion. If there are any changes before the exhibition, please let us know.
You are welcome to contact the Gallery on 5466 3407 or email galleries@lvrc.qld.gov.au to discuss your exhibition idea, or to receive assistance with completing the application.
Applications can be made at any time, but applications for exhibitions must be received by 31 August for the next calendar year. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified of the outcome, with no further correspondence being entered into. Unsuccessful applicants will not be considered for future years and will need to reapply.
Exhibitions will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Artistic and creative excellence and integrity
- Cultural significance or relevance
- Audience development
- Spatial capacity
- Other consideration
